Timothy Rayner is a writer and philosopher based in Sydney, Australia. His consultancy, Philosophy for Change, teaches practical philosophical skills for everyday life. Tim has taught philosophy at the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales, Australia. He recently completed the book “Life Changing: A Philosophical Guide”, a practical philosophy book for people who are engaging in change – perfect for Transitioners!
Tim will introduce the short film “The Coalition of the Willing” and talk about “Hugging the Monster”. Be prepared for some interesting discussions!
Tim will also bring along some copies of his new book to sell on the night.
