The City of Sydney is holding a free workshop on Mon, Mar 19 on how to create habitat to promote biodiversity in your backyard, on your balcony, or at your school. It will be run by Steve Batley (of Sydney Organic Gardens) and will be quite hands on – we’ll show you how to put together the various components of a habitat garden, including plants to encourage small birds and features such as a frog pond, rocks for reptiles etc. It will be at the Surry Hills Library on Mon, Mar 19 from 6-8pm; further details and booking info at link below:
